In the 1970's, Joe DeRoche founded TPA, one of the original NYC graffiti crews. Through worldwide status, he has successfully assembled a handful of the greatest graffiti artists from around the planet to design Street Level Nine.

Spanning South America, Europe, Austral-Asia and North America, the TPA Crew thrives globally in over 13 countries and has paved the way for Street Level Nine to follow suit
